Here are some important things you need to know before completing this form:

1. This form is for Princeton-based local youth, athletic, or community organizations. 2. A total of $2,000 will be awarded by the City of Princeton in the form of five $400 grants. 3. By completing this form, you agree to provide 10 volunteers 16 years of age or older for the set-up (November 13th and/or November 20th, 2021) OR take-down (Sunday, January 2, 2022) of Light Up Princeton (whichever date you are assigned by the City of Princeton). .
