Rules

  1. In case of an emergency, call 911.
  2. Children 6 years of age and under must be supervised by an adult.
  3. No running or rough play allowed in the Splash Park area.
  4. No climbing or hanging on spray activities or fencing.
  5. Spitting, spouting water, or blowing the nose in the spray activities area is prohibited.
  6. Individuals engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior will be asked to leave the area.
  7. Glassware and similar material with a tendency to shatter on impact is not allowed in the spray activities area.
  8. TOYS: Small toys and beach balls are allowed if used in a safe manner and do not endanger other individuals. Footballs, baseballs, tennis balls, hockey pucks, and other hard objects are NOT allowed. The attendant on duty will make any discretionary decisions on which toys will be allowed.
  9. Aqua socks and sandals are permitted in the spray area.
  10. Animals are not allowed within the fenced in area of the splash park with the exception of state service dogs as defined in the American Disabilities Act (ADA).  Service dogs are those that have been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Service dogs must be leashed and stay within the grassed area of the park. Service dogs are not allowed on the splash pad.”
  11. NO DISPOSABLE DIAPERS. Swim diapers or plastic pants are allowed.
  12. Do not use the spray activities if you have an infectious or communicable disease. Be aware that open cuts, blisters, or wounds may become infected.
  13. NO SMOKING – NO ALCOHOL.
  14. The attendant shall make decisions regarding weather.
  15. Capacity for this facility is determined by the Splash Park Attendant, not to exceed 266 individuals.
