Community Development Manager - Job Description
The City of Princeton is hiring a Community Development Manager to administer and implement economic development strategies and planning programs, collaborate with department heads to seek and write grants for a variety of projects, collaborate with the Chamber of Commerce and local businesses and organizations to market and promote the City and its events, coordinates and oversees park programming and Splash Park staff, and prepares/presents staff reports and information relating to TIF/Tax Abatement and other economic development proposals. Applicants will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning, Economics, Public Administration, Finance, Business Administration or related field and two (2) years of related experience OR a two-year degree in Business Administration or related field and four (4) years of related professional experience, a valid driver’s license and be able to successfully complete a criminal history background check. Salary range $58,282 to $72,842 annually, depending on qualifications. Finance/Human Resources Director
- Job Description
The City of Princeton is hiring a Finance/Human Resources Director. The Finance/Human Resources Director is responsible for the City’s annual budget, capital improvement plan, managing and participating in the daily, monthly, and annual financial duties such as reconciliation, payroll, W-2’s, managing the City’s debts and investments, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and FLSA and other statutory employment requirements. Applicants will have a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration or related field and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience, a valid driver’s license and be able to successfully complete a criminal history background check. Preferred applicants will have municipal or county government working with municipal budgeting as well as general and enterprise fund management. Salary range $82,809 to $103,511 annually, depending on qualifications.
